All reports are generated in PDF format.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is successfully placed, the report is processed and sent to your registered email address within 30 to 45 minutes.
Delivery Proof
Delivery is considered complete as soon as the PDF is dispatched from our server. We maintain digital logs (timestamps and recipient headers) as proof of fulfillment for all transactions.
2. Live Chat Support
We offer Live Chat Support on our website. If you have any questions regarding your order or if you haven’t received your PDF within the 45-minute window, you can connect with our team instantly for a status update.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
